The traditional flavours of Provence are presented in new ways in the ''L'Etoiles des Mers'' gourmet restaurant, where guests are made to feel most welcome in every room. The exotic touch of the palm trees and the vast blue and green landscape are just some of the ingredients that make dining here a truly magnificent experience. Lunch is served from 12:00pm - 01:30pm and dinner is served from 07:00pm - 09:30pm. A continental breakfast buffet is included and served daily from 07:00 – 10:30am in the breakfast room, or until noon in the guestrooms. Classic rooms are medium in size and offer a quiet and peaceful ambiance overlooking the mountain. They are tastefully decorated with a traditional décor and are fitted with a single or double bed.
