Rocky Beach Self-catering Apartment is a luxury apartment located near Boulders Penguin Beach at the sea on the Cape Point Route in Froggy Farm, Simons Town. It is a luxury, very private, peaceful, fully-equipped upmarket self-catering sea holiday apartment with superior finishes, which sleeps two adults. There is an extra single bed in the lounge area. Relax on your own private sheltered sunny patio with 180 degrees uninterrupted sea views of False Bay. Sip cocktails while watching the ever changing sea for whales and dolphins. The spacious patio is great for entertaining and has braai facilities and a luxurious sun-bed for relaxing. We are close to all amenities and a 15 minute walk to Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and 10 km drive to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Wine and Ostrich Farm. Baboons to be seen along the way. Short or long-term rentals welcome and special offers for honeymoon couples. The sea views from the self-catering apartment make a stunning screen saver when you are back home.

Rocky Beach Self-catering Studio is budget accommodation. The Studio is a small 21.25 sq meter, very private bedsitter with it’s own private courtyard of 10.8 sq meters, situated in Dorries Drive, Simons Town. It is within walking distance to Boulder’s Beach Penguin Colony on the Whale Route in False Bay. The Studio consists of a room with two new single beds pushed together or separated. A kitchenette with microwave, two plate hot cooker, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron and all crockery and cutlery. The kitchenette has a counter and two bar stools. En-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin, toilet and wardrobe. The room has French doors opening out to your own private courtyard with mountain views, garden table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable braai. 100% white percale linen used. Cotton bath and beach towels supplied and changed on a regular basis. Mountain views only, there is no sea view from this studio accommodation. This tiny Studio is ideal for two adults, a great little pad at a fraction of the going rate, due to its size and mountain views only.

Watching paddling whales

From the time we arrived until the time we departed, we were treated like dear friends. Sue and Noel were on-hand to welcome us when we arrived late and couldn't have been more hospitable. The site couldn't be better situated to enjoy the sunny last days of our journey exploring the Southern Cape Peninsula. The view of the whales and sea were absolutely breathtaking. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short for spending more lazy hours on the wonderful patio!

What a beautiful little spot! We loved the magnificent view of the bay from the balcony. Lovely furnishings. Nice towels. Stunning personal touches with fresh flowers and handwritten note. This place really exceeded our expectations. Very helpful host.
