We offer six en-suite twin rooms with uninterrupted, stunning sea views. Most rooms open onto an outside area through sliding doors. Dolphin, the family-studio can sleep four guests and has a private patio and mini kitchen.

There is a beautiful garden with an abundance of bird-life. Peaceful area with beautiful nature reserve next door and the Simonsberg-range behind us. There is also a 40 square meter patio with panoramic sea views over False Bay, looking across to Hottentots Holland Mountains and Cape Hangklip. The patio offers a sheltered area to relax, write postcards and enjoy the view. Laundry and ironing done on request. Office available with Wi-Fi and fax facilities.

Within 15 km radius of Cape Peninsula National Park, Cape of Good Hope, second most visited attraction in South Africa.

We stayed over at this little B&B for one night only and although we didn't spend much time at the B&B, the hospitality was amazing! The room we stayed in was perfect, had just what was needed. Waking up and going for breakfast in the mornings with such an amazing view was out of this world! Unfortunately we could not stay longer but would definitely stay at Rocklands Seaside B&B again if we ever found ourselves in the vicinity of Simon's Town.

The room had all the necessities and it was also great to have dstv. The restaurant area is also great and offers some beautiful views. Staff were also friendly and accomodating.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is ideally located close to all tourist areas, and it is set in a quiet area. Breakfast was really good, and the rooms were clean and tidy.
