Important Information

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit. If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Please send special dietary requirements to our reservations department 14 days before the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 14h00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is 10h00 on the day of departure.
A late check-out can be arranged with prior approval of the manager of the lodge and is subject to the availability of rooms.
Should an early check-in be required, this must be organized directly with the lodge and will be subject to the availability of rooms.
Terms of Payment:
At the time of booking 50% deposit is needed to confirm the booking.
A booking will be confirmed after receiving a 50% deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, less admin fees, guests must cancel 31 days or more before the check-in date.
A cancellation 15 to 30 days before the check-in date will forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
A cancellation 8-14 days before the check-in date will forfeit 75% of the deposit.
A cancellation 0-7 days before the check-in date will forfeit 100% of the total of the booking value.
In case of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.
Upon payment, proof of payment with the lodge name and booking reference number must be submitted to our central reservations (bookings@masumu.com).
Liability:
Masumu River Lodge cannot be held liable for any injury, loss of life or damage to any valuables.
Guests will be asked to sign an indemnity form on arrival at the lodge.
Guests will be asked to sign a form that confirms that they received their safety briefing.
Terms and Conditions:
Rates are quoted in USD.
Masumu River Lodge reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost becoming payable by the lodges.
