Facilities

Idube River Lodge is located in Hoedspruit, Limpopo, in the heart of the African bushveld, 16 km from Eastgate Airport. The Klaserie River flows through the reserve and the riverine forest is home to a myriad of wildlife including zebra, leopard, impala, giraffe, and over 200 bird species.

Enjoy wilderness walks and open vehicle game drives to view the big five, or visit wildlife conservation projects, and community craft and village school projects, and support important sustainability initiatives in the region.

Guests can also take a boat trip on the Blyde River to explore the beauty of one of the most important wilderness biospheres in the world.

Idube River Lodge combines the rustic beauty of the African bushveld and the calm serenity of the riverine forest. Home to a variety of wildlife, Idube River Lodge offers a relaxing bush break-away experience.

Two magnificently positioned chalets sharing a communal wooden deck, yet private from other guests, ideal for family and friends. One chalet consists of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. It has a coffee station and a stocked bar fridge. The other chalet has two single beds, en-suite shower and toilet, stocked bar fridge and a coffee station. Both chalets have air-conditioning units and overlook the Klaserie River.

These large comfortable rooms are ideal for people with small children. They are situated at the Main Lodge and consists of two rooms with an interleading door, and an en-suite bathroom.
