You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The reception is open from 07:00 to 24:00. You will be given a key to the front door so that you can enter the hotel at any time. If you expect to arrive after 24:00, please contact the property in advance at the contact details stated in your booking confirmation, to arrange check-in. From the train station, take tram no. 12 (direction Moillesulaz) and get off at the Roches stop. The hotel is within 100 metres from there. Bus no. 9 (direction Petit-Bel-Air) stops at 31 Décembre, less than 200 metres from the hotel. Free WiFi with unlimited high speed mobile internet is available for up to 10 devices (provided by Tripowire). Alternatively, secured WiFi is available for CHF 4.95 a day. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
