During this time some services and facilities have been modified for your convenience. Continental breakfast is served from 7-10 AM daily. Restaurant hours are 5-10 pm Thursday- Monday. The rooftop bar is open on Sunday 4pm-8pm. The first floor is under construction during work hours and guests may experience minimal noise as a result of the restoration. The island of Vieques is running completely on electricity powered by generators and service may be interrupted sporadically. El Blok does have a standalone power generator, however, we ask that in case service is interrupted, you do not use the elevators and instead use the stairs. POLICY_CHILDREN Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
