Wensleydale Guest Lodge is situated in the major accommodation area in Pietermaritzburg, which is the capital of KwaZulu-Natal and the traditional home of the Zulu nation. Our individual lodges offer you a choice of self-catering or a delicious breakfast and/or dinner buffet or a-la-carte. Large bedrooms with French doors opening onto private indigenous gardens. Separate bathrooms with luxurious built-in corner baths and glass showers. Fully equipped kitchens with all your culinary requirements. Separate lounges offer comfortable couches, extra beds, flat screen TV with DStv and French doors onto spacious patios. The private patios have braai facilities set under large flat topped thorn-trees Acacia Sieberiana and traditional African medicine trees. Sparkling pool with poolside loungers and garden suite. The acommodation was absolutely beautiful, more than what we bargained for. When looking for accommodation we always only look for a decent place to sleep because we seldom spend much time there aside from sleeping there. This time around not only was the photo's true to what you get, in fact we got more than that but also we actually wanted to spend more time there other than just sleeping there. Home away from home is the best way to describe this awesome find. We were so happy with everything the spacious apartment with all the trimmings, the friendly staff and the beautifull setting. 10 out of 10. We will be back if visiting the region again and will let all of our freinds know about this little gem. Thank you Wensleydale............
