Villa Andacasa's spectacular setting high up on the mountain slopes overlooking Llandudno beach and the rolling Atlantic waves is matched in equal measure by the quality and grandeur of the property itself, which must certainly be one of the most luxurious villas available to rent in this small, exclusive beach resort close to Cape Town.

The villa is laid out on three levels, each with gorgeous sea views, and is decorated throughout with great style and attention to detail, offering guests accommodation of the highest standard.

The main ground floor level comprises a large modern, designer kitchen; a formal dining room with antique dining table seating 12 guests as well as a smaller dining area by the kitchen; a large private study and a high ceilinged lounge/library with satellite TV, fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating.

These rooms all overlook the spacious sun terrace and pool deck with plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the superb views beside the large swimming pool, from where the views down over the landscaped lower garden to the sea and beach below are particular inviting.

The villa has five luxurious ensuite double bedrooms, two of which are on the middle (first floor) level of the property where there is also a second TV lounge/entertainment area with flat screen satellite television, a fireplace for cosy winter evenings, and a sea-facing balcony.

The master bedroom (with king-size double bed) and a second bedroom (with double bed) each have a small private sea/facing balconies and good-size ensuite bathrooms with large glass shower, separate bath and basin.

On the top (second floor) level of the house there is a third bedroom with king-size double bed, air-condition and an ensuite with shower, bath and basin, as well as spectacular sea and sun-set views from its private roof-top balcony.

The fourth bedroom (with twin beds and an ensuite with bath and basin) is on the ground floor next to the lounge/library and there is a fifth bedroom with its own separate entrance down a flight of steps outside by the pool deck.

This room also has twin beds (that can be combined into a king-size double) and another luxurious ensuite with double glass shower, large bath and basin.

The property also has two additional guest bathrooms/toilets, as well as a large double garage, a drive-way for additional off-street parking and very comprehensive security.
