Description
The ZAMBEZI WATERFRONT is situated approximately four kilometres upstream from the Victoria
Falls. The complex is designed to attract the adventurous traveller who wishes to experience the Zambezi River, the wonder of the Victoria Falls and its stunning wildlife without great expense.
The ADVENTURE VILLAGE is a cluster of 3m x 3m bow tents built on raised platforms, each with a small deck and furnished with proper beds and a light. This village accommodates 40 guests. The site is set amongst large trees in shady surroundings.
THE WATERFRONT complex boasts 7 thatched chalets - 3 units overlook the river with the remaining situated in cool, shady wooded areas. The chalets consist of standard twin-bedded, family and executive rooms each with en-suite bathroom facilities.
FACILITES:
There is a central dining complex with stunning views both up and down river, where the Victoria Falls spray can be clearly seen. A raised wooden deck stretches out over the river and there is a swimming pool. An open bar, restaurant area, reception, travel centre, merchandising shop and Internet café complete the facilities offered.
