Important Information
Booking & Payment terms: An invoice with our bank account details will be issued on receipt of your reservation. To guarantee a reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total sum invoiced. All payments in US dollars. Payment must be made by international electronic bank transfer (SWIFT). The balance is due 3-4 weeks before arrival, so that cleared funds are in our account no less than 14 days before arrival.
Please note that: - US$ bills printed prior to the year 2004 are not accepted by Banks in Tanzania so we are unable to accept US$ bills printed prior to the year 2004.
Alternatively you can also pay with credit card online, but there is a surcharge of 6%.
