The Avenue Hotel is an affordable, safe and beautiful boutique hotel, set in upmarket Victoria Island in Lagos, Nigeria. This hotel is ideal for the business guest and has a very central location near to banks, offices and embassies.

The hotel features 24-hour reception and kitchen services, and the traditional African thatched bar is the perfect place for guests to relax, or enjoy the cuisine in our on-site restaurant. Internal secure parking is provided for guests and we also have an armed security response team for guests' peace of mind. Laundry facilities are available at the hotel, as well as free Wi-Fi broadband access throughout.

Our well-appointed rooms all contain remote split-air-conditioning, minibars and fridges, digital safes, large TVs with international channels, work desks with computer ports and hairdryers, while the bathrooms all contain personalized toiletries. In addition, The Avenue Hotel offers an executive meeting room for up to 12 delegates, and a 40-seater conference and banquet facility.
