St Clair Villa is a triple-storey modern villa with magnificent views from the vast entertainment area and upstairs bedrooms. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom villa is located in a quiet crescent. A feeling of space, light and luxury permeates this contemporary home.

Large spaces and tall windows maximize the views, with extensive patios on two levels providing optimal indoor-outdoor living. The open-plan lounge and dining area have concertina doors opening up onto an expansive patio and rim-flow splash pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a six-plate gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The upstairs and downstairs patios provide the perfect setting to relax and absorb the magnificent views, while a double-sided fireplace between the main lounge and TV lounge makes for cosy winters nights. The separate TV lounge has a large flat-screen TV and modern entertainment facilities. Doors lead onto the mountain and outdoor entertainment area with a table seating eight people for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. A separate children’s playroom features a flat-screen TV, toys and books to amuse the little ones.
