Oakburn Cottage

This was the best experience in Cape Town in the last year. Vic was the friendliest man and the dog was so sweet. The place was gorgeous and comfortable and provides all comforts. The only thing I would suggest is to get a door for the toilet, but other than that, no complaints. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

A big thank you to Vic and Christa for having us. The cottage has all the amenities we needed, we felt very much at home. Sad that we had to leave. We had a great time there and hope to stay again next year!

What a lovely cottage and such beautiful surroundings. The hosts are wonderful, friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. The extra touches also did not go unnoticed. I would definitely go back and stay.

In general terms the accommodation was ideal for me as a single traveller, and would also suit a young couple. The Hosts Vic and Christa are extremely nice and helpful. The bed linen is changed weekly, and the cabin is easy to keep clean. Perfect location for Hout Bay and surrounding area with laundry facility literally across the street, secure parking and good indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. I would be very happy to stay there again.
