Description

Moody River Guesthouse is situated on the southern boundary of the world-renowned Kruger National Park, near the Crocodile River in Marloth Park. Relax in the tranquility of the South African bushveld, walk amongst indigenous plants and listen to birds and wildlife that frequent the area.

The Moody River Guesthouse consists of four en-suite bedrooms with fans, air-conditioning, mini fridges, safes, tea and coffee facilities, radios and CD players. Linen and towels are provided and your room is serviced daily. There is a TV in the lounge area and our rates include a Continental breakfast. We provide a breakfast basket for early morning safari trips to the Kruger National Park. A restaurant, swimming pool, curio shops and a fuel station are all available within Marloth Park.

Die verblyf was uitstekend. Die etes voortreflik. Wanneer ons laat van KNP gekom het was die kos gereed en heerlik. Indien ons voor ontbyt vertrek het, het ons 'n kos pakkie ontvang, wat heerlik saamgestel was. Engela was altyd vriendelik en uiters hulpvaardig. Dit was 'n wonderlike vier dae, wat ons definitief weer sal gebruik. Ek beveel Moody Rivers by enige een aan wat wil rus en die KNP wil besoek, sonder om oor eters bekommerd te wees. We actually used the peace and quiet to revitilise our relationship, free our minds and drive peacefully around the bush and Kruger Park. We ended up feeling re-charged and mind-freed. The food was excellent. The lady cooked us divine food and she took her time to really ensure that we relished it. I even remember telling her that she must have been cooking for Prince Charles in Britian. So, my final verdict is: If you want peace and harmony, Moody River is the place to be. I ... more
