We really enjoyed our stay at Lane End. It was delightful and very comfortable. Hilary Melck was welcoming and friendly. We will recommend this accommodation to friends/family visiting Cape Town.

A gracious and beautiful house and garden in peaceful surroundings. Mrs Melck a warm and generous hostess, and Mrs Lennox a friendly and efficient manager. Full marks.

Lane End had everything we could've hoped for. Central location in a nice suburb, a beautiful room and surrounds and a wonderful owner. The lawn area was perfect for our little one to run around after a long days driving. I would definitely recommend staying here if travelling to Cape Town.

Clean, private and central to all the places we needed to visit. The housekeeper is excellent and we had everything we asked for. The flowers and garden is lovely and absolutely soothes the mind. Wi-Fi only worked well in the one suite with the twin beds which was a bit inconvenient.
