Adjacent to a breathtaking pine forest with dramatic mountain views, Kleinbosch offers tranquil relaxation for the body, mind and soul. With the comfort of a homely environment and the beauty that is Stellenbosch, we welcome you to our little corner of the world.

We offer five bedrooms, four of which have access to private a terrace. All rooms offer orthopaedic twin or king-size beds and bathrooms with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. We also offer three self-catering cottages with fridges, stoves, microwaves, kettles, coffee machines and satellite TVs. Some rooms also have underfloor heating and open fireplaces for the winter season.

Awaken to a full English breakfast which is served either in our breakfast room or under umbrellas on the patio. You could even try our Bavarian breakfast. On request, we can serve dinner prepared by an award-winning chef, or light a fire and prepare a braai fit for a king.

Kleinbosch Lodge is situated on one of the most popular wine routes in Stellenbosch and it has easy access to golf courses, beaches and the V & A Waterfront. It is only a 20-minute drive from the airport. Relax in our TV lounge and browse through our library of travel literature which explains the many activities which are on offer in the Cape.

Fantastic lodging, premium location

Kleinbosch Lodge is six minutes from Stellenbosch and ten minutes from Somerset West by car. Yet the lodge is on the back part of the property for peace and quiet. Hans, the owner, and his trusty dog Max were always easy to find during the day and gave great advice of where the best vineyards were for wine tastings. I also did a bit of hiking up Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains. The trails and views were well worth the hikes. Paarl and Franschhoek were both less then an hour ... more

We stayed in Cottage 3. We had lots of work to be done in Stellenbosch and enjoyed coming back to a clean and tidy cottage for the three nights we stayed there. The queen-size bed with the roof fan was wonderful as we were very tired every evening.

We went to Stellenbosch for my daughter's graduation and we were looking for the pefect place to stay for a few days. We found it at Kleinbosch Lodge. We had a lovely stay. The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. Very comfortable and child-friendly. The kitchenette area has everything you need. Only thing we had a problem with was the fact that the duvet of the king-size bed was too small. The owner was very friendly.

Lovely stay. Spacious, well appointed room and bathroom with quality fittings. They have thought of everything - plenty cupboard space, great little kitchenette with all you need, underfloor heating, patio to walk out onto etc. Caring hosts and extremely well run. Unfortunately at a conference and not able to enjoy all that it offers!
