A cosy three-bedroom cottage over looking the dam. There is a central dining room, and a kitchenette with underfloor heating and all the necessary appliances. The main room has a comfortable double bed and the other two rooms have two single beds in each. The fourth room serves as a lounge area. There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin. The cottage sleeps a total of six guests.

Gregg's House has a large front verandah to soak up the sun and look out towards Hodgson's Peaks and the Sani Pass. The house has three rooms. The first room has two three-quarter beds and a full en-suite bathroom. The second room has a queen-size sleigh bed and its own separate bathroom with a shower. The third room has three single beds and would have to share one of the bathrooms. All beds are fitted with hot blankets for those chilly winter evenings.
