Set 30 metres or so off the Main Road, it is protected from the noise but within easy walking distance of all shops and restaurants and the harbour. There is however no off-street parking or sea view. Plans are in progress to increase the upstairs to two bedrooms, one of which will have a balcony and sea view. It has gas water heating, convection microwave and combination washing machine/tumble dryer and air conditioning in the bedroom.
