★★★★★ I booked 3 colleagues into the Courtyard Rosebank. When they arrived the receptionist could not find one of the bookings. She made no effort to find the booking even after being told the name of the booking. When I phoned to say it was in my name she was so rude and abrupt. If you cannot be pleasant then find a job in the back office and don't work with customers.
