Ideal as a family unit. There is a large living area with a lounge overlooking the view. TV, M-Net, video player, DStv and CD player, plus a billiards table, and Sony Playstation. There is also an ADSL connection. The lounge opens onto a large breakfast patio with a magnificent view across False Bay and an outdoor bath. Elegant dining area with view of the swimming pool, large open-plan kitchen with hob, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer. Upstairs, there is one large bedroom with a king size bed, TV, CD system and fireplace. In addition, there is also one smaller bedroom with a queen bed for two. Full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and outside shower. This villa sleeps four persons in two bedrooms, with a futon in the lounge for an additional person or child at an additional charge. Please be advised that the Main House can be rented in conjunction with the Vista Apartment, for larger groups, as there is a connecting door to the apartment. As a whole, this unit can then sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
