Bushcamp 70 'Kayer Kaija' at Ndlovumzi is a lovely six-sleeper stone cottage set directly on the Olifants River. You’ll enjoy 6 ha of enclosed safety, situated on 22 private hectares within the 1000 hectare Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve. The large braai pit and gardens invite you to sit and enjoy the view of the river, birdwatch or simply relax with nature.

Explore the private reserve at your leisure on your own game drives, where you’ll see wildlife of all types including hartebeest, giraffe, zebra, kudu, ostrich, duiker, warthogs, hippos and many more. Or make a day trip to Kruger National Park with Orpen Gate just a short drive away.

Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve is approximately 20 km away from the many wonderful restaurants and shops of Hoedspruit, with breathtaking views of the Drakensberg. Outstanding views of Blyde Canyon, Echo Caves, the Moholoholo Wildlife Centre, Kamai Reptile Center, Panorama Route, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, God’s Window and many other attractions are within easy driving distance of this central location. But you may never want to leave the beauty and tranquillity of this secluded bushcamp.

Bushcamp 70 Ndlovumzi accommodates up to six guests with two separate double bed bedrooms and an open loft bedroom, an indoor bath and an outdoor shower. Clean linen and bath towels are provided. The large kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, a microwave, a two-plate stove, a drip coffeemaker and a toaster. A cleaning service can also be arranged on request, for an additional fee. Perfect for either two couples or a family.

Professional bush guide services for local bush walks and game drives within the reserve, or for trips to Kruger National Park may be arranged for fee with the camp caretaker, Ian Shoebotham.
