Description
Watch the birds on the river from your bed; explore the wetlands by canoe; relax in a hammock at the pool or swim at one of Plettenberg Bay's nearby beaches. Enjoy a traditional country breakfast and then go for a short walk along the eco-trail and keep a lookout for otters and birds.
Each spacious, tranquil room has its own entrance and patio with garden and river views; an overhead fan and under-floor heating; a bar fridge and TV with M-Net. The golf courses, game drive, horse-riding, beaches, restaurants and shops just a 10 minute drive away. Monkeys, birds, elephants and wild cats can be visited at the Crags, fifteen minutes away.
Not feeling that energetic. Enjoy the birds in our large indigenous garden; wander along the Eco-Stroll and learn the names of the trees; cook your own supper on a fire next to the river; count the stars.
We speak French, Afrikaans and some German. Children 10 are welcome. We offer free Wi-Fi, so bring your laptop.

Character: We offer a Cape country-style farmhouse located next to the river. There are exposed beams and stable doors, horses in the paddocks and a fragrant lemon orchard.
Location: Bird watchers will love this establishment, with more than 135 different bird species spotted along the Bitou River. We offer canoes to explore the area.
