Bed Lemon Cottage is situated in the older part of Stanford Village and within walking distance of the famed Village Green. Stunning views of the Klein River Mountains can be enjoyed from the lovely garden, with its mature trees and sparkling swimming pool.

The large downstairs living space has an open-plan lounge and dining area, an efficiently spaced kitchen and generous pantry. True to the architectural style, the ceiling in the kitchen is lined with reeds and almost all the downstairs windows are dressed with original wooden shutters. An unusually shaped fireplace in the lounge keeps one warm and cosy during chilly winters. All linen and towels are provided, however bring your own swimming towels.

Double happy doors lead from the kitchen to the entertainment area, with seating and dining space overlooking the garden. A large entertainment room upstairs allows children to play to their hearts content. There is a small garden cottage set in the pretty patio garden, sleeping an additional two guests in a double bed with an en-suite shower room. The property offers secure off-street parking.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, and one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom in the garden cottage. The main bedroom is found downstairs with a queen-sized bed and a romantic Victorian bath positioned in front of a small fireplace. The old-fashioned basin and toilet are set to one side, and a spacious modern shower is tucked into the corner. There are doors that lead onto a small patio garden on one side, and the covered veranda and entertainment area on the other. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and the two rooms other rooms each have a single bed. A quaint bathroom, tucked under the eaves, has a full-length bath.
