Anju Villa Montagu Complex is one of the 14 villas in the Montagu Complex situated in the centre of Flic en Flac. Ideally situated, only 2 minutes or 190 metres walk to the white sand beach and the main centre of Flic en Flac (Location plan) All restaurants, tourist facilities such as car, motor bike rental, discos, supermarkets are along the coastal Road. If ever you wish to go for a bus trip the bus stop is along this road  near the Manisa hotel. Anju Villa has two levels, ground+2. Nicely design, American Style; Well equipped kitchen, lounge, dinning area, toilet and backside a private space for barbecue. 1st level-Master bedroom with A/C having a king size bed,Attached toilet and bathroom small terrace. 2nd level-two spacious rooms only one with A/C the other with speed fan, both having queen size beds,common toilet and bathroom. Max accommodation 6 adults and 2 kids. Totalsurface110m2. End of construction 2006. Security guards 24/24 hr, surrounded by high wall and high wire fencing, common parking and also common swimming pool for adults and childrens. Towels and bed sheets are provided.General cleaning will be done free once per week. During the week you can use the washing machine provided free to wash your personal items.We also have a bed baby and a barbeque grill that we bring on demand. As I work in Flic en Flac, and, therefore is in Flic en Flac on all weekdays, I try my best to give all my customers this little extra compared to the other owners who also rent their apartments. The price that I will be giving you will also be the best, considering the level and the quality of the apartment offered.
