Elevated, wonderful views, large pool. Close to Wine Farms. Large shopping mall. Outstanding quality restaurants 5 min. Main Street dotted by galleries, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Only 30 minutes to Cape Town, 40 min. Cape Town Airport.
Great Outdoors
Paarl in the Berg River Wine Valley, surrounded by mountains. Hiking, climbing, strolling, soak the view. Superb lunch or picnic on the Wine Farms. Paarl Mountain Nature Reserve above the B/B for wonderful walks/drives. Fantastic birdwatching.

Outstanding Views
Of the Berg River Valley and mountains. Wake up to breakfast in the "Blue Room", the view is picture perfect, changes colour at sunset. Short walk to the Paarl Nature Reserve, not only for bird song, but the spectacular view of valley and town below.
Relaxation
Relax in the beautifully kept garden and by the LARGE swimming pool with sun umbrellas and loungers. Our guest lounge has easy seating, music, bar fridge, library, games and of course fantastic view of the valley. We will do our utmost to spoil you.

Description
Just 40 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Cape Town. Standing on the slopes of Paarl Mountain in the heart of the Wine-lands, with picturesque views of mountain ranges bordering the Franschhoek, Stellenbosh and Paarl valleys. Paarl is within easy reach of the Cape Peninsular, Indian and Atlantic oceans with unspoiled beaches, at the start of the world famous Garden Route, discover its mountains, indigenous forests, lakes, rivers and lagoons. Dozens of excellent wine farms around us offering wine tasting and delicious food in their restaurants. Drive around the valley and the mountain passes for spectacular views. Play 2 international standard golf courses, Paarl (5 minutes from the accommodation)and Pearl Valley(10 minutes from the accommodation). There are a dozen other quality courses within 30 minutes drive. Alba House offers superior 4 Star (TGCSA accredited) accommodation in stylish, en suite, comfortably appointed guest rooms with colour TV, bar fridge, coffee/tea facility, hair dryers, toweling gowns and fitted safe. Guest lounge with wonderful view over the valley. All rooms have outside entrances with private patios leading into the garden. The quiet private garden has a large swimming pool with secluded sun bathing area, sun umbrellas and views over the Paarl Valley. Storage provided for golf equipment and golf booked at both establishments.
