Along the Indian Ocean in Umdloti Beach, 44 Isikhulu boasts 180-degree sea views where golden sunsets, sandy beaches and a tranquil setting can be enjoyed from your balcony.

The unit is positioned in a secure block of flats and is comfortably furnished and well decorated. The Penthouse consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large balcony that is ideal for entertaining.

There is air-conditioning throughout the penthouse, DStv access and two lock-up garages and plenty of safe parking behind an electric gate. There is also a pool in the complex for those hot summer days and an optional maid service if required.

44 Isikhulu enjoys wonderful views of the natural untouched rock pools and is a mere stroll from the main swimming beach of Umdloti. It is centrally positioned close to all the shops, cinemas, game reserves and other tourist attractions this area has to offer.

This unique and very house warming apartment, have all that one needs to break away from a busy/rushing and hurry environment, just to unwind and relax and be comforted by the sea breeze and tranquility of this marvelous place.
