I need to quote in US $ - what should I do?
2 options are available to Operators trading outside of South Africa who need to quote in USD :
- Use the Request More Information button:
- Type in your reply to the customer, & advise the rate in $ .
- Ask the customer to get back to you to secure the booking.
- Make arrangements to collect payment from the client in $.
- Advise SafariNow of the secured booking & give us the figures so that we can mark it as an 'offline booking' and invoice you for the commission.
- Use the Submit A Quote button:
- Type in your reply to the customer, & advise the rate in $ .
- Advise that the quote attached is based on current exchange rate fluctuations and has been converted to ZAR on the payment page as of todays date.
- After converting the total $ quote value to ZAR, capture it in the Total Inclusive Quote Value block provided & enter the deposit % required and quote the validity period.
- SafariNow will receive the deposit from the client in ZAR & invoice you for the commission and onpay (in ZAR) via Swift.
I received an SMS for an enquiry but no email - what should I do?
You always need to logon to SafariNow to respond to the customer. Whether you receive an SMS, an email, both or neither, the enquiry still exists on the SafariNow system.
The system won't accept the amount I want to quote
Try entering the quote value again without inserting a decimal point (this is automatically added by our system).
How is ranking order determined on the site?
The following criteria are used:
- Conversion Ratio.
- Reviews Displayed.
- Average Response Time.
- Commission paid to SafariNow.com
- Running a Special
- New Listing - 1month
The above stats are pulled together in an algorithm that calculates on a daily basis where your listing appears on the SafariNow website. If you have any questions or comments please contact Establishment Services.
