The photos displayed on the website are very deceiving. We made the booking expected to receive the same as reflected on the photos. The tv was out of looking range. No toilet brush no toilet spray. When we arrived there were no booking done. We made the booking through Safari Travels but in contrast of Safari the employees of City Lodge were very accommodating and we were sorted immediately. The food were moderated and no value for money. Overall .. the service of the employees were friendly.

The staff at CL Bloemfontein are the best. We travelled with kids aged 3 and 10 and they were treated with such kindness from the gentleman at the lounge /dining area. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back!

My husband and I have quite a few times stayed over here for a night on our way down to the Eastern Cape from Johannesburg. It is always a pleasure, the staff are so friendly, its relaxed and quiet, and the pool is so clean and refreshing after the hot drive from Jo'burg. After an excellent night's rest in the most comfortable bed, we're ready to hit the road again the next day.
