At R170pp/sharing per night including breakfast, it seemed like a good deal. If you need a place to sleep for a few hours at night, it is ok. The rooms are not as clean as they should be! The reception people need to make an effort to at least look friendly and welcoming.

My stay at Ritas Guest house was very enjoyable for the most part, except for the fact that we didnt have any hot water. My parther and i stayed for two night and we never had any hot water. so much so we were asked to shower in Room 19 from Room 29. which also had no hot water. This was very dissapointing.
