          The aircon was not working.The water was not hot.No facilities nearby for food and drinks.There were small cockroaches there.There was not spoon to make tea or coffee with.

          I was very disappointed with the rooms, false advertisement. The bathroooms were a disaster. The sheets were not clean, towels were stained and tattered. The tap water was off colour. I was put in some back rooms to sleep, i have slept in better rooms for R450 despite Safari discount for R150. I really feel like an inspector should be despatched as the bathroooms need to be maintained. The airport shuttle advertised and breakfast was not provided. Apparently its not available...

          I sidnt have any towels in my room. There was no hot water in the evening around 11pm. The room was grubby in the back.
