Perfect location for a travel between Joburg and Durban, tents are nice and the food was great.Unfortunately the staff, specifically the rangers haven't got no passion for there job ....... they haven't understood that to be at the Springbok lodge is holiday and we have paid enough money to be entertained. Unfortunately the staff was not willing to give us (family with 2 kids) the time of our life .......

We spent one night at Springbok Lodge and went on two game drives. The game sightings were very good and our guide knowledgeable. The tents are very comfortable, as is the lodge. Highly recommended, we wish we'd been able to stay another night.

We stayed at Springbok Lodge in the Nambiti Reserve for 6 nights. The Lodge itself had an beautiful setting. The tents we very comfortable, not really tents more like a chalet with canvas walls. The staff were very friendly and rangers very knowledgeable. The reserve itself is in the early stages and is still settling down as they bring in more lions, cheetah and other animals. The views and surroundings are very good and even if its a slow day the views are enough to make you want to carry on. We had a very very good time and will be returning.
