reception did not heed my request for no steps, we were moved from three steps to one despite many other empty units having none, underfloor heating not working and my request to rectify was ignored, had to go out and buy a heater. premier room is very basic. no fridge, lovely shower, plenty of hot water, reception more interested in talking on the telephone than attending to guests. wont be coming back here in a hurry.
