Villa 2516 is a luxury ground floor unit that leads onto a patio with barbecue facilities. The unit comprises of a bedroom with double-size bed, a bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet, and a fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering. The villa is privately owned and serviced daily. All linen except beach towels are provided.

The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance to two freshwater pools, a hotel, restaurants, a library with Internet connection, and a convenience store. Sanlameer is a Blue Flag Status Beach with 24 hour security, shark nets, and lifeguards on duty.

Minimum stay over a long weekend is three nights.

Terms of booking:

A refundable breakage/key deposit of R750 will be added to your account and if nothing is broken or damaged, will be paid back during the week of departure.
An once-off administration fee of R350 will be added for the duration of your stay. All bookings made for the period after 1 Nov will be charged R400 due to the yearly increase.
A gate fee is also charged by the resort and paid directly at the gate on the day of you're arrival. The TOTAL amount will be between R30 - R200, depending on the duration of your stay.

A 25% deposit is payable if the booking is made 1 calendar month or longer prior to arrival with the balance of accommodation being settled 4 weeks before the arrival date. If your booking is made less than 1 calendar month prior to arrival, then the total of accommodation is payable within 1 week after confirmation.

If you invite friends (low season) please contact homeowner to arrange entrance with security main gate. We have the access code. Visitors also pay R30 p/d p/vehicle (will be deducted from your key deposit).Right of admission and eviction reserved. One day per week day visitors will be allowed equal to the number of guests the villa sleeps. NO day visitors will be allowed during peak season Dec and April school holidays. We receive complaints from our guests that because of home owners allowing day visitors every day the infrastructure cannot handle the overpopulation. They save all year round to enjoy their holiday now they have to settle for waiting ages at the fast food zones, cool-drinks always not cold and a couple of other complaints. For your privacy and benefit as a paying guest NO day visitors in peak season.

One toilet paper roll is provided for every third day. Soaps/shampoos, toiletries, dishwashing liquid etc is not provided as this is not a hotel, please bring your own according to your needs.

Please bring own beach towels.

The Homeowner, service lady cannot be held responsible for claims because of losses, injuries or accidents suffered during your stay. Units serviced daily, EXCEPT Sundays & Public Holidays. Linen changes Mondays and Fridays. If possible please treat her to a sandwich or left over’s with coffee on arrival when servicing. Much appreciated.

Please note that the DSTV is already connected on ALL Movies ALL sport M-net, SABC 1 2 3, E-tv Kyknet and a couple of other channels. Switch TV on with TV control select channels with DSTV control. Please do not adjust the setting or try to connect your own card or connect games etc – A call out fee of R480 for a technician from your key deposit will be withheld.

Smoking or burning of incense is prohibited. Professional cleaning service for curtains and mattresses is R500 to remove the smell of smoke or incense. You are not allowed to sublet the unit.

Keys will only be signed out to the surname confirmed with our agent.

Arrival time 14h00. Departure time strictly 10H00.

We do a full service on departure for arrival of the next booking. A R100 per hour will be deducted for every hour or part of it if guest leave after 10AM.

Please always have your windows and doors/windows LOCKED if you go to the beach of shopping. The blue vervet monkeys are fond of your snacks and fruit and can open doors and windows.

ALWAYS REMEMBER we should try to save electricity in SA. Please switch off all appliances and lights and air-con if you leave the villa or do not use them.

We will sms you the entry code for main gate on the day of your arrival. Please stop at the security gate’s office and provide them with your details. From there you can use the disk on the keys to exit or enter the estate. On departure PLEASE lock the unit and hand in the keys at the security gate’s office. A security wristband can be obtained from main gate reception that enables you to access the beach and pool area during your stay @R20 pp. On departure hand it back and receive a R20 pp refund.

I was impressed overall.Very clean and with home away from home.Just a suggestion to put a small dinette table and 2 chairs inside for rainy weather.Maybe a little more counter top space in kitchen .

WiFi should be more readily available. Just a couple of hours and then outside the library, is certainly not sufficient.A sun umbrella for outside would have been welcome. I have already discussed this with the owner and this is going to be bought.

The villa is accurately depicted in the pictures. It's small, but adequate. The estate is excellently located on the South Coast. The facilities offered on the estate are plentiful, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy all of them. We enjoyed walking down to the blue flag Marina beach. It was a little surprising that we had to pay an additional admin fee, but it is stated under the Terms of Booking.
