Villa 2407 is situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal. This subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18 hole championship golf course, a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar, luxury villas and direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.
The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to four guests and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom contains a queen and has an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom contain two single beds with a bathroom nearby. Both bathrooms comes equipped with a bath-shower combo.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and cutlery and crockery. The dining area in the kitchen has seating space for six people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels. The unit also has a wash machine and tumble dryer on the outside of the villa next to the parking bay. The living area opens up onto a balcony which has an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. Servicing is not included and can be arranged at an extra cost.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST REFLECT IN OUR ACCOUNT BEFORE ARRIVAL. EFT MUST BE MADE WITH `PAY AND CLEAR NOW` for last minute bookings - same day arrival.
Your total amount in staying with this villa consists of the following:
- Accommodation Amount: Charged per night. Dependent of season
- Once off admin fee: R350 / R400 depending on the season and yearly increases.
- Gate Fee: San Lameer Security charges the following fees per vehicle entering the estate:
R30 per day (1-3 days), 4 – 7days R100, longer then 7 nights R200.
- Refundable Breakage / Deposit: R1000 (varies per season)

Unfortunately no cheques, travelers cheques or cash accepted. Payments via EFT preferred. Credit cards charged with additional admin fee.
DEPOSIT REFUND DATE
The deposit is refunded on the first Friday after the departure date. If there is NO damages the full amount will be refunded. Should there be damages, only the pro-rata amount will be repaid. Should damages be more than the deposit amount, the guest will be liable for the extra amount.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT.
Toilet tissue supplied only 1 roll per day, per toilet IF the villa is serviced daily. If you use more, please supply your own. Should the villa not be serviced, please bring along your own.
The unit fully equipped with linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and braai facilities.
No kids/babies are allowed to sleep on the bed with their parents. Guests need to bring along or arrange a camping cot for their babies. In order to provide clean and crisp bedding, this rule has to be adhered to at all times. Should we be informed that this is not adhered to, it will lead to a breach of the contract. Please inform us should you need a camping cot, as we can arrange one at an extra cost.
Don`t forget things self catering units DO NOT OFFER. This includes dish washing liquid; soap powder for laundry; soaps/shampoos toiletries. No hotel amenities provided - it is a self catering unit.
The villa comes equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, but our guests should please bring along their own dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher and their own washing powder / stay soft for the wash machine.
NO SMOKING and no burning of incense allowed. Your key deposit will be withheld for professional cleaning service and you will be held liable for the extra costs above the balance of key deposit to cover damages.
PLEASE NOTE the DSTV is already connected on the Dstv Premium Package. Switch TV on with TV CONTROL, select channels with DSTV control.
PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST THE SETTINGS OR TRY TO CONNECT YOUR OWN CARD
or connect ANY APPLIANCES LIKE DVD`S, VIDEO PLAYERS, games etc. Call out fee R580 for technician will be deducted from our guests account.
The Villa is not serviced. Shoud you require a service, please inform us and this can be arranged at an extra cost.
Linen changes every 5 days AND on ALL NEW ARRIVALS.
You are NOT allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will ONLY be signed out to the surname confirmed with our agent. Any 3rd party will NOT be granted access to the unit.
PLEASE always have your windows and doors/windows LOCKED if you leave the unit. The blue vervet monkeys are fond of your snacks, food and fruit. They seem to have adapted the skill to open and close windows.
ALWAYS save electricity in SA. Please switch off all appliances and lights and aircons, ceiling fans, if you leave the UNIT or do not use them.
Right of admission and eviction reserved without refund if we receive complaints during your stay
OR if you accommodate MORE GUESTS than paid for. KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHELD. KIDS INCLUDED. If you smoke in the unit NO KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

WE DO A FULL SERVICE ON DEPARTURE FOR ARRIVAL OF THE NEXT BOOKING. R250 per hour will be deducted for every hour or part of it if you depart after 10:00AM.
We will text you the entry code for main gate on the day of your arrival. Keys are to be collected with reception at the main gate. Pleas have you drivers license with you.
A security wristband can be obtained from main gate reception that enables you to access the beach and pool area during your stay. R10 pp.

IF YOU DEPART WITH OUR KEYS YOUR KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD
If day visitors are entertained we deduct a fee for cleaning services and other amenities from this deposit depending on how many guests. One day per week day visitors will be allowed equal to the number of guests the villa sleeps. Day visitors are charged with a gate fee of R30 per day.
This amount will bed deducted your your deposit fee. We receive numerous complaints from our guests of home owners allowing day visitors EVERY day, increasing pressure on the estate infrastructure and leading to the estate being overpopulated, especially during peak seasons. Complaints include insufficient parking lots, public toilets overcrowded, stock supply shortages, slow service around the pool etc. For your privacy and benefit as a paying guest, 1 day per week visitors will be allowed.
NO day visitors will be allowed during the peak seasons of Dec and April school holidays.
If you invite friends please contact the homeowner to arrange entrance with security main gate.

BREACH OF CONTRACT:
Resulting in losing your key deposit.
If you accommodate more guests than confirmed and paid for. You will be removed by security immediately without a refund.
Smoking in the unit.
Burning incense in the unit.
Insulting the home owner, cleaning staff or any officer in San Lameer.
Tampering with TV channel settings or connecting appliances like DVD`s, Video players, tv games.
ALL major breakages will be deducted from the key deposit before refund.

We rely on the help of guests advising us on for example maintenance is needed. Any defects in the villa on arrival for example broken window or TV not working - must please be reported within 24 hours.
The Homeowner, service lady cannot be held responsible for claims because of losses, injuries or accidents suffered during your stay.
