San Lameer Villa 2110 is set in a secure estate in the stunning seaside village of Southbroom, along the picturesque KwaZulu-Natal coastline.
The ground-floor villa, which has two bedrooms and one bathroom, features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with DStv, and a covered patio with built-in braai facilities and outdoor furniture. The abode also offers guests air-conditioning, daily housekeeping apart from Sundays and public holidays, a communal swimming pool, and parking on the premises. Please note: guests need to please bring their own towels.
Southbroom has an abundance of great attractions in and around the area, including the spectacular beaches, the Riverbend Crocodile Farm, and the Mac Bananas Farm Stall.

If the balance is not paid 1 calendar month before arrival, the booking is cancelled and no refund or deposit paid.
Your total amount in staying with this villa consists of the following:
Accommodation Amount: Charged per night. Dependent of season. Once off admin fee: R300. Gate Fee: San Lameer Security charges the following fees: R30 per day (1-3 days), 4 – 7days R100, longer than 7 nights R200. Refundable Breakage / Deposit: R1000 (varies per season).
Unfortunately, no cheques, traveller’s cheques or cash accepted. Payments via EFT preferred. Credit cards charged with additional admin fee.
Deposits refunded Friday after departure. Should there be any damages, the cost of repairs will be taken from the deposit.
This is a no smoking establishment. This is not a pet-friendly establishment.
Please bring your own beach and bath towels.

Please always have your windows and doors/windows locked if you leave the unit. The blue vervet monkeys are fond of your snacks, food and fruit. They seem to have adapted the skill to open and close windows.
Right of admission and eviction reserved without refund if we receive complaints during your stay or if you accommodate more guests than paid for - breach of contract. Key deposit will be withheld. Kids included. If you smoke in the unit no key deposit will be refunded.
We do a full service on departure for arrival of the next booking. R100 per hour will be deducted for every hour or part of it if you depart after 10:00AM.
We will text you the entry code for main gate on the day of your arrival. Keys are to be collected with reception at the main gate. Please have you driver’s license with you. A security wristband can be obtained from main gate reception that enables you to access the beach and pool area during your stay. R20 pp. On departure hand it back to reception and receive a R20 pp refund.
If day visitors are entertained we deduct a fee for cleaning services and other amenities from this deposit depending on how many guests. One day per week day visitors will be allowed equal to the number of guests the villa sleeps. Day visitors are charged with a gate fee of R30 per day.
This amount will be deducted from your deposit fee. We receive numerous complaints from our guests of home owners allowing day visitors every day, increasing pressure on the estate infrastructure and leading to the estate being overpopulated, especially during peak seasons. Complaints include insufficient parking lots, public toilets overcrowded, stock supply shortages, slow service around the pool etc. For your privacy and benefit as a paying guest, 1 day per week visitors will be allowed.
No day visitors will be allowed during the peak seasons of Dec and April school holidays.
