Room was booked as we were attending a wedding down the road. It was extremely expensive (maybe jumping on the band-wagon of the various wedding venues in the area creating demand), especially for what we got. The room itself was ok and spacious, but was not very clean, and had a distinctive smell of beer, as though beer has been spilt on the carpet and never cleaned. Actual hotel and breakfast was well below standard and offered no value for money at all. I also didn't see any reason to stay at this hotel unless you attended a wedding nearby and needed accommodation, or had a conference there...

Lovely big room with large balcony and lovely view. The huge bath and bed was just what we needed to top off our stay.

Greeted by delightful reception and ushered to a luxurious room, stay at the Riverstone was exceptionally peaceful. I cannot fault this establishment other than very slow service in the restaurant. Was absolutely lovely stay and definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed the stay. Rooms are nice, food was good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the fire place in the dining area.
