Important Information

Please note:
• Check in 15:00 pm onwards – please let us know of your arrival time in advance.
• Check out is 10:00 am strictly.
• A once-off, fully refundable breakage deposit of R500.00, is levied on every confirmed booking. The breakage deposit will be paid back to the guest within 5 working days from departure, if the property and its contents are in the same condition as it was found. Please provide us with your banking details before departure.
• The outstanding balance must be paid in full before or on the day of arrival.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared on request for delivery or can be prepared for guests in the house. Menus will be attached.
• Please note that Rienks Beach Nook has a gas stove and no oven.
• Firewood must be purchased.
• Any items broken by guests during their stay, must be replaced by the guests.
• Please do not move furniture around.
• Please do not eat on the couches or beds as this forms part of stain damages on the deposit.
• A cleaning service is available by prior arrangement at an additional cost of R200 per day.
• Smoking indoors is not allowed. Any loud music is also not allowed, music is acceptable just not blaring loud, and the West Coast is famous for its tranquillity. Quiet times are from 22:30 till 07:30.
• Any additional people staying in the house apart from what was booked will have to pay for their stay – please inform us in advance for permission. Please note MAX 6 people.
• There is water restrictions and load shedding.
• There is no laundry facilities – there is a laundry in town opposite Spar - 0227361070 Pricilla
• DO have lots of fun and relaxation.
