The main bedroom has a sliding door onto the patio area with stunning sea views.

The main and second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and a ceiling fan each and the main bedroom has an en-suite modern bathroom fitted with a free-standing bath, basin and toilet.

The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed on the bottom and a single bunk on top as well as a wall-mounted fan, and the 2 bedrooms share a modern, second bathroom which is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is spacious, modern and fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and boasts an island with seating for four.

The complex has a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer so washing can be done there.

The lounge has a comfortable couch seating four, as well as two single chairs and a smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre) and a My Family Cinema package, which is provided for your entertainment, and you can stream DSTV or Netflix on your account.

A large patio, with panoramic sea views, is off the lounge with patio furniture provided, as well as a kettle braai.

There is a swimming pool in the complex and an undercover parking bay is allocated to this unit, as well as secure visitor’s parking at the front of the complex.

There is direct beach access via a beach gate and Ramsgate main beach is about 200m away.

Shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.

All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.

House Rules

A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that more guests are staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi.
Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with you dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
