Nothing everything was perfect

Customer service is at a overall low. We arrived there Friday at six. The lady at reception didn't even know we were coming and the room wasn't ready on our arrival. They didn't know about my payment. they knew absolutely nothing. I booked and paid for the honeymoon suite and she wanted to put us in one of their lower class rooms. Telling us that the suite wasn't available, but we were the only ones staying there. They had to prepare the suite while we were sitting outside in the cold for almost a hour. Not even offering us something to drink. One of the cleaners eventually brought the key....

Het wonderlik lekker gebly. Kamer was gerieflik, net die kamer was baie koud gewees. Verhitting of lugreëling in die kamer sal baie help.
