Cancellation and Postponement
- Guests who have booked and secured their stay or function that wish to postpone their reservation are welcome to contact us to make the necessary arrangements - we will endeavour to facilitate the postponement of your visit.
Comfort and Hygiene
- Commercial grade cleaning and disinfectant materials are used in all aspects of the hotel. Our staff are trained with the latest hygiene protocols and cleaning procedures, using products recommended by the WHO and the National Health Authorities.
Safe Sanitising
- Additional hand sanitising station have been added to key locations in the restaurant and hotel to use at your convenience. We are enforcing an hourly staff hand sanitisation programme.
Linen and Blankets
- All our linen and blankets are washed and dried at 90 degrees Celsius, then pressed using an iron operating at 100 degrees. Our clean laundry items are handled wearing gloves and sealed into individual packaging.
Meal Service and Equipment
- All meal service utensils and cutlery are washed with detergents and rinsed with fresh water at temperatures that kill pathogenic bacteria. All the sanitised equipment are handled by staff wearing disposable gloves, while cutlery is individually wrapped after polishing with clean washed polishing cloths and vinegar.
Disinfection is Key
- High touch points, such as remotes, door handles, toilet flush handles, room keys, and desk pens, will be regularly disinfected. our housekeeping team is on hand to increase the frequency of cleaning public areas and bathrooms, and the deep-cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment.
