* Check-in is from 14:00 till 20:00
* Departure time: Strictly no later than 10:00 – thank you.
* Please let us know if you are planning to leave before 08:00 in the morning.
* No parties allowed.
* No day visitors allowed. This is private property and only booked guests are allowed.
* Please respect other guests. We ask that it will be quiet from 22:00.
* No loud music please. Penalties apply for not adhering to property rules.
* Deductions will be made from your deposit as follows:
Broken crockery, cutlery or glasses – R20/item. Excessive soiling on the couches and carpets and we need to get cleaners is – R450. Damaged TV remotes R300, Damaged gate remotes R200. If there are any other damages, they will be inspected and a replacement cost will be given to the guest.
* We ask that you respect our property and our units. We ask that you please return the unit to us in the same state that you received it. Cleaning charges of R100 will apply if the unit is left in a dirty state/dishes not washed.
* If anyone in the client’s party behaves in an unacceptable manner by civilized standards, the entire party may be required by Oppikoppie to vacate the property without prior notice.
