Ohakane Lodge is situated in Opuwo, the administrative capital of Namibia's Kaokoland region.
The Ohakane Lodge is named after the Ovahimba word for the African Wild Dog (Lycaon pictus). This wild animal has recently been added to the list of endangered species in Namibia, after having been hunted virtually to extinction.
Situated in the town of Opuwo in the Kunene Region, this 13-bedroom establishment gives the guest value for money. All rooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms with showers only, with air conditioning, coffee station, television and fridge.
