The accommodation was nice, special attention needs to be paid to overall cleanliness and maintenance. The kettle needs to be replaced and the bathroom a deep cleanOther than that the stay was very nice and will definitely come again.

Lovely place to stay, very neat and clean and well equipped. Spent a week at this complex with my two adult children. Found the manager and staff very friendly. Enjoyed our complimentary trip to The Heads as well. Only complaint is that it would be really convenient if we could have had an extra gate control as we didnt always come and go at the same time. Would be good for management to have a look at that. Loved the morning and afternoon visits from the Guinea Fowls. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to this beautiful spot!

The accommodation was very nice and well serviced and was very secure. The directions are not correct, Pam Goldings office moved a couple of years ago and it is one kilometer up the bank and not 500 mtrs as advertised. The road is steep and used by locals going back and forth to the township so not ideal for walking.

Good dayIve had the worst experience ever, and would never recommend anyone to stay at Oaklands ever.I have mails safarinow on Saturday already but I got no responds. For the first time in my life, kids were not allowed to stay at the accommodation ever booked as they count as "adults" and the unit only takes 4 people. We are 2 couples, my sister's 5 year old boy and was asked to leave in the rain as the kid's  not welcome!! I was never welcomed like this at any other place before.Never ‎were we told or informed that the little one's counts as heads at this specific place, and are not use to...

Accommodation was lovely and comfortable - the views are magnificent. A couple of problems: the shrieking water pipes which could even be heard from outside our unit, and the TV remote didn't work properly (in both ours and our friends' units). The other issue was that the facilitator, Charles Miller, was very arrogant and condescending and did not make us feel welcome at all - very disappointing. Fortunately we didn't have much to do with him as we were out most of the time, but the little communication we had with him was not pleasant.
