About Nkelenga Tented Camp

Shrouded in the shade of the mighty acacia, n’Kelenga Tented Camp nestles into the lush savannah of the Limpopo province, bringing guests closer to the evocative African wild. Situated in the game rich Thornybush Private Nature Reserve, guests are treated to a location that features some of the area’s most awe-inspiring vistas. Boasting a bouquet of flora and fauna, n’Kelenga Tented Camp provides guests with a rustic, humbling experience.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, n’Kelenga provides a self-catering experience to be shared with those close to you. A well-appointed, air-conditioned main house with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as loft area, perfect for children. The three en-suite tents are reminiscent of the colonial era of exploration. Comfortably furnished, this tented paradise provides guests with an intimate experience of the bush, whether it is viewed from the swimming pool or one of the many bush trails.

Creature comforts are still afforded to guests. Private game drives, hosted by your own ranger and tracker team provide a delicious diversion from relaxing. In addition, n’Kelenga affords a dedicated housekeeper to ensure the seamless running of your holiday. End the day on the deck of your tented chalet overlooking the dam.
