About Natte Valleij

Natte Valleij offers two cottages and one suite. Vineyard Cottage sleeps six guests and Cellar Cottage sleeps two adults and two children. Beautifully situated beneath the Simonsberg Mountains and surrounded by famous wine estates, both cottages are self-catering with daily cleaning services.

Both cottages have their own patios and barbecue facilities, as well as use of a swimming pool. We offer an en-suite bedroom situated off the courtyard of the main homestead..

Natte Valleij offers a wonderful country atmosphere, yet it is only 30 minutes from Cape Town and the V & A Waterfront.

The cottage was very quaint and clean. Lovely linen and of course the fireplace added to a great ambience on the cold evenings. The hosts are extrememly gracious and easy going. However, I would think twice about taking my dog there again, as even though it is advertised as 'pet friendly', the owners have some extremely large dogs that are not that welcoming.

It was the best place we had during our holidays, the hosts were really charming, the cottage was nice and spacious, we had loved the dogs and the space.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, old house. Friendly reception from our host and the house was spacious and with a lot of extras. We can recommend this establishment!!

It was absolutely breathtaking, and very peaceful. Charles and his wife are really friendly, but they dont intrude on your privacy. This is really the perfect get-away! Everything you need is on hand, and the little touches where really appreciated! Its More than words could say!! Thank you once again!!

Bring your own braai utensils, otherwise a wonderful stay with a very helpful and friendly host. A place to really relax.Reply from Establishment: Apologies for this oversight, there are usually braai utensils on hand, but in this instance the previous guests had taken 2 both cottages and all braai utensils were at the one cottage.
