A neat environment and happy approachable staff. Please put in waste bins in the rooms just in case they are needed.

We did not end up staying- nobody to greet us, found someone to help us but she did not seem to be aware of our booking. Didnt introduce herself. The house was pitch dark (@ 14:30) so that we had to stumble around furniture to get to our room. There were no keys to lock our room, tv was perched on a couch and a broken glass door was stashed behind the door in the room. The 'bathroom' was in fact a ' glass box' inside the room. No privacy around the toilet. There was also a big whole in the shower wall with exposed water pipes..... the door to the exterior also could not be locked properly....
