Important Information

GENERAL
- Check-in from 14h00, Check out until 10h00
- Early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated where possible but are subject to occupancy /availability
- Our reception is open from 08h00 until 18h00 and there is always someone to answer the phone at any given time to assist the guests

CHILD POLICY
- Children of all ages are welcome
- Children under the age of 2 stay for free (Cribs are available)
- Children aged 3 - 9: R 250.00 per child, per night when using an available extra roller bed

PAYMENT POLICY
- 50% of booking value to be paid within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Balance to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.

Cancellation penalties are levied as follows:
- Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival - 100% of the total invoiced amount applicable
- In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged
- Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-book the room

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION EXCEPTIONS
You allow guests to change dates on their own:
- Once for their booking, 3 days or more before check-in
- For the same or higher price as their original booking
- For the same booking conditions and room type

HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Please note that all our apartments are fully self-catering, fitted with all kitchen and electronic appliances that you might require for your stay.
- The apartments are also kitted out with linen and are serviced daily for your convenience.
- No eating & drinking is allowed on the beds.
- Guest will be liable for any damages / stained linen/towels / broken lights/glasses/electronics etc.
- The shower gel/shampoos are for guest use only and not free to be taken home.
- Rooms are non-smoking. If the guest smoke in the room, he/she agrees to pay the cleaning fee of R550.00.
- The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of money, jewellery or other valuables unless placed in our safe deposit boxes located in your apartment.
- We are not responsible for contents left in the room or vehicle.

INDEMNITY
- All reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guest(s) and their possession on these premises.
- The owner(s) and management of Majorca-Self-Catering Apartments will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss sustained by whatever cause.
- A safe is included in each apartment for your personal belongings. It is your responsibility to make sure that your personal belongings are taken care of at all times.
