One bedroom has a double bed and the second has 2 x ¾ beds. There are built-in cupboards and shelving in each bedroom.

Living area: The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are open plan and there is a slow combustion fireplace (wood provided), with HD TV, full DSTV bouquet and WiFi, should you wish to connect with the outside world.
The kitchen has a four-plate electric stove and oven, microwave, a fridge/freezer and is equipped with all the necessary glasses and cutlery, crockery, pans and cooking / kitchen small appliances (kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, sandwich toaster, popcorn maker) & utensils, iron & ironing board, dish soap, refuse bags, washing cloths & drying towels and other cleaning.

There is a covered carport, which leads directly to the front door. The cottage is 94 square metres inclusive of the veranda and the property is fenced and gated.

The property is located 1.5km off the tarred Kamberg Road. It is conveniently placed for the local private schools, the hamlet of Rosetta (7km) and the nearby village of Nottingham Road (14km). The N3 freeway is within easy reach (20km). Fly fishing opportunities are plentiful in the area and there is a selection of well-maintained golf courses. The Kamberg Road provides access to Highmoor Nature Reserve, the Kamberg Nature Reserve and Rock Art Centre and the popular Giants Castle Nature Reserve.
