Important Information
Deposit and final payment information;
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking space on a definite basis.
Until no deposit is received Ivory Tusk reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Final arrangements and full payment is due no later than (3) Three days prior to your event.
Acceptable methods of payment for any last minute charges are; Credit Card/Debit Card or Cash
Where Ivory Tusk Lodge has insufficient accommodation, it can outsource surplus accommodation.
Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply to the value of the function or accommodation booked:
* 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
*100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show.
